The Russian State Library is one of the unique store-house of original theses defended since1944 on all the professions, except medicine and pharmacy. The main Russian science-informational center of cultural and art questions was created in 1972 as a part of the biggest library in the world – Russian State Library.

5. IPRBOOKS–THE ELECTRONIC LIBRARY SYSTEM http://iprbookshop.ru
The IPRBooks system is the license library of full texts publications on different thematic of humanitarian and general scientific disciplinary blocks from jurisdiction, economics, government and municipal services, to business accountancy and tax accounting of the main Russian publishing houses. The IPRBook includes only the actual publications of the last years. The library represents about 60% of publications of 2010 – 2011, more than 30% of publications of 2009. The content is updated by new electronic editions, periodicals and articles of the main Russian scientists every month. This resource perform a considerable interest for practicing lawyers, book-keepers, economists, managers of organizations, civil and municipal servants, as it contains the majority of practical materials: legislation comments, jurisprudence analysis and civil rights and economical searchings.
